    Here is my candlequilter star.

    I learned a lot from this block.

    1) This was probably not the best block to do as your first paper pieced project

    2) Paper shrinks

    3) You need to take tiny stitches or the paper is !@#$%$ to get off.

    4) I don't have time to make a whole quilt like this. This block took me 4 hours to do. I am sure as I get more practice it would take less time.

    5) I found out what volcanoing is.

    Candlequilter's tutorial was very easy to follow. I hope she can use my block.

    your block is very, very pretty. love your fabrics. I just LOVE seeing what everyone does with this pattern.

    Your block looks good to me! I haven't done one yet to show on here. I have part of one done and it isn't done good!! Got to start on a new one!
