Joanns has some great deals, I hit the remenant bin......they were 50% off and another 50 at the registers, I got some batting, pkg of quilting needles, a spool of white quilting thread, and some simplicity patterns.

Henry you have to check the craft pattern in the pattern books.....great bags and packs, rag quilt patterns all kinds of fun things.

Oh yes; :D and what I went in for a yard of good white cotton.

I'm off of work today and I'm going to Joann's. Tomorrow is my bday and my Mom who is recently retired and I are going to spend the day shopping. I can't wait. I've ordered the spin stars quilt pattern but of couse it hasn't came in yet. It will probably be in the mail today. (Just my luck). Joanns is 60 miles away for me and I was really hoping to be able to get my fabric for that today. I am going to look for some of those fat quarter packs that henry picked up. I think that they would work great for that. I'll let you all know what I got when I get back this afternoon.

Henry, do you get JoAnn's online coupons. If not, let me know and I'll email you some. I got an email this morning that has a bunch for different kinds of things.

I was at JoAnn's last week and bought 2 Olfa pinking rotary cutters on clearance for $4.97 each. They only had 2 and I bought both.

My kids refuse to drive with me if I have to stop in Joann's for "just a minute." They tell me that I lie and that I'm in there for hours (I'm sure it's only an hour - but you know how kids tend to exaggerate!! )
