    I would never, ever have thought of this combination, but it is just gorgeous.
    (If you didn't make a dent with 30 string blocks, I'll bet you at least made a dimple with 126, lol)

    The Carpenter Star is one of my favorite, But I hadn't seen it put together quite like yours before. And I really like it.!.
    Thanks for sharing with us and giving us some of the dementions so we can an idea of the size.

    Fantastic quilting.....I've never seen such great work done on string quilt......neither have I seen the rectangular string blocks. This is truly "a heirloom". Just beautiful!!!!
