    Default Carpenters Star

After promising a friend that I would make her a baby quilt for her latest grandson. I failed miserably to produce the pinwheel quilt I had in mind. However a promise is a promise and although the baby is now one years old I managed to get inspired by the wonderful carpenters star quilts i have seen on this board.
Taking into consideration the age I decide to make a quilt bigger than the standard baby quilt and here is the result.
