    Nice color combination and so crisp with the white background. Stitch in the ditch worked well for this quilt. Maybe, on your next quilt, you can launch out a bit and do another step into quilting design. Make samples and practice some. There are lots of sources for FMQ-some simple and others quite complicated.

    Nicely done. You may for the background want to stitch straight lines coming out from the angles of the edges of each section of the star.
