    My boys loved Cat in the Hat and other Seuss stories when they were much younger. My youngest (age 32) now reads these stories to his two children - not quite 3 and not quite 6. Glad I passed on the thought that reading is so important. As a retired 8th grade teacher, I could tell in a very short time after school started which kids had been read to and encouraged from a very young age.

    Love the quilt and I love the way you haven't "over" quilted it. So many quilts are so heavily quilted these days. Not that I don't love the quilting but they look heavy
