    I love the colors in your cathedral window. I started one with all purple fabric. It is one of my UFO's must finish it some day/

    WOW it looks great. My Mom did hers in smaller sections and joined them later. It does make it less cumbersome.

    You dont have to turn under the 2 3/4 square (or 2 1/2 if you choose). As soon as you try a block or two you'll get the feel of it. I was surprised how heavy the quilt gets. Personally, I don't think batting is needed...its thick.

    Hi, I just learned how to do the windows. I have to say your work is beautiful. I really thought it was going to be hard to learn and I learned it in a 2 hour class at my quilting store. So , don't thinkit's hard cause it's not. Joanne
