    Sorry about the typo on the blog---Glad it got fixed.

    The black one is quilted by stippling in the black and outlining the other colors. The blue/green/gold one is edge to edge.

    It takes about 2000 2 1/2" squares. I did it in 25 blocks, kept the blocks carefully numbered and put them all together at the end in the correct order.

    It took me about a week to get the top finished because I wanted to do it so badly. Got a little boring with all the straight little stitches but had to pay a lot of attention to what I was doing to make sure the squares were in the right places. Worth it tho.
