    Looks great in purple. I intend to do mine in blue thinking that will make it look "cold" but the purple does that too. So, did you do a stem stitch or a backstitch for the embroidery? I have not decided yet what to do. So far I have only pulled out the white/cream background fabrics that I think I will use. Looks like you used just one fabric for that, right?

    Thank you, I used the stem stitch for most of it and glass seed beads for the frenck knots. I think blue looks stunning as well.

    I just love that you did it in purple...I am thinking of doing mine in blue..but can't find a light enough blue for the background....

    Thanks, I used alot of thread, but I can't work the thread right down to nothing. I think so far it's been about 15 skiens and they were .99 each.
