    Default Challenging myself.

I love quilts as much as the next quilter and I buy as many books. So my 2014 challenge to myself is to start making at least 1 quilt from each book that I have not used. And if possible not buy any fabric in the process. Here are my first 2 quilts. This is harder than I thought.

I love the first one like crazy. The second one, I cannot imagine how difficult it was to make. You are an excellent quilter. Congratulations.

They are beautiful! I know exactly what you are saying about having all those books and not doing anything out of them. I cancelled all of my subscriptions because it appears I just hoard books.. I love your quilts..

You are on to a good thing. These quilts are fantastic. I am sure it is very satisfying to make a deal with yourself and stick to it. Keep up the good work.
