I love this quilt!!! I never was a fan of the 2.5 inch quilts where the squares were all together throughout the entire quilt....a little too busy for me. But with these divided into squares I really like this look. I have lots of scraps that would fit into 2.5 squares. I think I will start cutting and saving these to make a quilt like yours. It is beautiful. Lots of work and even more love has gone into it. Your father will be very proud!!

What a beautiful quilt . I agree it is alot of work in your quilt. But I think that is a wonderful idea you have to donate it in your fathers name to the library. I think they will love it.

Such a beautiful quilt. I wish I were as creative as you--but being as I am not, I am putting this type of quilt on my list of quilts to make this year to put in the county fair next year. I absolutely love it. And you are so sweet to do it in honor of your dad; let us know what the library does with it--hang, or auction.

Pretty quilt - I admire quilters who can quilt using 2" squares. Very colorful quilt.
