The fleece will feel so cozy on a chilly day. The colors are bright and cheerful.

Since the pocket is put on after quilting how well does it hold up? Like not tearing off and making a hole?

I am hoping that it will hold up ok. I did a double row of stitching on the pocket - one row close to the edge and another a quarter inch in. The fleece is a good quality, and I think has a better chance of holding up over cotton quilting fabric. Also, the pocket is quite large at 19" square, which should help.

Topic is quite timely. I am getting ready to make a quillow for a grandson's eighth birthday. He is just getting ready for the 'sleepover' period of life and I thought a quillow will be fun. So, I appreciate the many comments-will be helpful. I am using Star Wars fabric.
