    Earlier I posted the quilt I made for my mother's 81st birthday. Here she is getting it...

    She was thrilled - as we all knew she would be - but just doesn't see a lap quilt as a "quilt". It's a "throw". Oh well! She is figuring out how she can use it as a runner on the end of her bed. Whatever makes her happy!
