    Beautiful quilt. I'm making the same pattern right now in green Batiks that was a kit from The Quilter's Patch in Victoria. (I live in Palacios.) Sure is an easy pattern if you can keep your fabrics in the right locations! Could you please PM me with the contact info for your LA-quilter friend? Thanks.

    I just noticed the stitching on the binding...well, after someone else mentioned it I went back to the photos! Excellent idea from a creative LA quilter.
