Here is a quilt that I have recently finished that I did using a quilt as you go idea I got from the Quilting Board. It is composed of old hankerchiefs of a dear friend, Anna Louise Garrison that passed away a few years ago. I had always plan to do something with them and I finally got it done. I did not cut the hankies but just folded them and then appliqued them on the top first and then did the quilting. I really like the quilting as I go. It was so much fun! Sure am pleased with it and hope you enjoy my pictures.

I love it, would like to make one, but not enough of Mom's hankies to do it, and the ones I have have crocheted edges. Don't know if they would work, also different sizes. What do you think?
