    Wow! Lucky you! This is a beautiful quilt top and the touch of history with it is wonderful! I really love the orange fabric mixed with the pinks! Enjoy.

    I can't imagine parting with something my Grandma made. I guess they aren't quilters and don't have the appreciation for the work involved. Some folks need everything to be matchy so this probably never made the color scheme. How lucky for you. I never happen onto things like that. Take me shopping with you next time.

    People who don't quilt have no idea, do they? These folks probably only looked at the colors and assumed it didn't match anything. So sad...

    Great buy on quilt - Its beautiful. I guess not everyone has a respect for the work and love that are put into quilts - shame really I hope that maybe there were just so many and everyone in family had picked one and this one was left.
