    Default Chenille baby quilts

    I made three chenille baby quilts while trying to decide on next larger project, here are pics of two of them. I didn't get a picture of the first which was a vintage circus block print. I believe they would be considered quilts as there are layers of fabric sewn together even though the top is not pieced. I thought they turned out nicely and are nice gifts for new babies. The second picture includes my "helper"(?) , Rudy.

    So pretty! Did you make your own chenille? I bought a chenille cutter years ago but haven't used it yet. I wonder how difficult it is.
