    That is just adorable, and I love how you did the background. I haven't tried any thread painting, but this looks like a perfect project. Chickadees are my favorite bird.

    The bird and the flower took about a day. As did the backing. But I can't work continuously, I have to walk away every once in a while to rest my hands and twitch muscles :-)

    I do sign them all. But usually it's a little more subtle that this one. there was no place to hide it !
