    Yes, I have done chicken scratch....years ago....just did a pillow top, not a quilt. Fun to do. "someday" I'd like to play with it again. I have a friend who does all her quilts in chicken scratch.

    I haven't done it in years. I did a pretty Christmas tree one year and still hang it up every year!

    So beautiful! I used to do aprons with that stitch. What a creative idea to do a quilt!

    My mom used to do a stitch like this years ago but it NEVER looked like this! This is just wonderful!

    It reminds me of the quilting stitch called Turkey Tracks. It's beautiful! Nice work!! :D :D

    this is so ironic, my mother's name was Willie Mae and she did a Chicken Scratch pillow for my 2 daughters years ago, and one of them was red and looked just like one of yoour blocks.

    Oh yes I have done chicken scratch,but only made throw pillows. I never thought about making a quilt using this method. that will be on my to do list.
