    I used to do Chicken Scratch years ago, I'd forgotten all about it. I think it looks wonderful! I may do something like that! Thanks for sharing!

    i thought i read it here but obviously not --- but someone posted that they went to library and found book Great Craft-Quilts Book by American School of Needlework that had patterns for chicken scratch. i went on line to alibris.com and found one for 99 cents plus 3.99 postage. it would cost that much for me to travel to my library - so i ordered it. Alibris is a used book/out of print/book site. love it!!!

    How pretty. I never seen chicken scratch done into a quilt,only pillow and napkins and placemats -small projects. This is just something else. what a lot of work. You should be proud. Mary
