    I found these at Dollar Tree..I bought it for chopping veggies. When I got it home they are a lot like plastic sheets you buy for making pattern templetes. It is just a little heavier..it has 2 large sheets for $1.00..Thought I would give them a try.

    Dianne,
    I use these all the time for templates, patterns, etc. Been doing it for years. They are great and buying them at the dollar store is much cheaper than any other location. Plus they come two in a pkg. I hope you love using them as much as I do.
    Oh they make great bag bottoms too.

    I have used them for templates and also on occasion for a cutting mat! The do cut up easily but it worked.

    Also, could they be used (doubled) for tote bottoms? Great price!

    I had someone tell me that they used old X-ray sheets for templates.
