    I have been experimenting with this pattern also. I've found that you can make the "bridge" piece larger than the 4 patch squares and have the "show piece" take up most of the room. I LOVE the way you outline quilted around the pieces. Definitely made them stand out. I will have to try that when I make it up again. Thanks for sharing your idea!!

    What a handsome quilt, love the shapes, colors and the handmade label, very creative. Your echoing around the circles is nice and the piano key border. This ought to appeal to a young man.
