    Beautiful. I am not a big fan of bargello quilts but this is very pretty.

    Thanks, everyone, I will pass on your kind words to Joellyn. She used to belong to this board as Maniacquilter. She walked me through making my first Bargello, and I was hooked. (I just finished my 22nd Bargello. ) I am completely addicted to making them.

    Yes, the pattern is from The Bargello Quilt Book by Piecemakers. I just looked and Amazon has it. This book has one pattern in five different sizes. One of Joellyn's quilts is featured on the back of the cover. That quilt won a blue ribbon at the California State Fair, though I am not sure what year that was. Nor can I find a separate name for this pattern in the book.
