I am gifting this one to a newfound friend at my insurance office who helped us though when someone ran their car into the front of our house this time last year. Boy, it sure was a mess to have fixed, took months to get it all done. She went above and beyond her duty for us.

Thank you all for your nice comments.

I can't imagine HAVING someone crash into your house and the resulting chaos that might cause in your life!! I do hope no one was injured and am so glad you're thru the adventure now. Wow. What a memory, huh.

I can imagine crashing INTO a house. It happened to me in a cab going down a hill into town with my mother when I was a small child. It lost its brakes; she forced me to the floor as the driver went over a curb, through a fence, across a yard, and finally into the corner of a brick house-- all in an effort to get us stopped!
Passed that house for decades and saw the color knocked off that corner; thank goodness there was no other real damage to us or the residents!

There are some really cute blocks in that quilt. How nice to know that they came from friends on the board.
