Default Christmas Bouquets stack and whack

This was one of my Christmas in July projects this year, an annual tradition for me. We will be going to Florida for my Granddaughters wedding on 12/13. We'll be staying with my DIL's Mom, so I will be giving this to her for a Christmas/Hostess gift. I love stack and whacks, there's a surprise in every block! The original fabric is in the border, I snagged this fabric from my Mom's prodigious stash. I've also attached a pic of the pieced backing, I used leftovers from the snw wedges to piece "orphan" blocks. I guess I can't really call them orphans when I made them for this quilt!

The quilt is beautiful, I'm sure she'll be warmed by it. I would.

Love the quilting on this quilt. The piecing is beautiful and the quilting is the perfect finish!
