I bought this pattern here in the UK and it is called "Cactus Wreath" and it is from www.cozyquilt.com
It comes in three sizes 60"x 60", 72" x 72" and 92" x 92", and is made with 21/2" strips.
This is another quilt on my "to do" list !!
