I know these are not pictures of quilts, but I have a special family for whom I have made Christmas elves. It started when the Mom's three children were young. Then I added elves for the Mom and Dad. As the years went on and the family grew, I made elves for each addition...grandparents included. The children are not grown and have their own families so you can imagine how the elf collection grew. This year I added an elf for the new grandson, now 9 months old, plus three other new family additions. This year the family lost a grandma, age 90 and a son, age 30. It was a sad year for this family. You will see that I transformed their elves into angels. Each Christmas the elves take their place high above the fireplace. The angels in the family look down from the highest mantel. Thought I would share the elves with you. God Bless and Merry Christmas to all.
Those are darling , what a wonderful idea.

They are really cute. Do you know how many you have made in total now?

Very Cute! What pattern did you use? I need to make some of my kids an elf to sit on their shelf and these would work great. Thanks!
