    Default Christmas gift success

    I have a rather picky friend and have wanted to make her a quilt for years. When I found this quilt on Pinterest :

    I thought I could adapt it for my friend. I made it and gave it to her last week. She was genuinely happy with her gift and immediately mailed pictures to several people. We were both very happy:

    Your adaptation is just lovely and I’m sure your friend genuinely appreciates your beautiful gift. I understand the challenge of trying to create a quilt for a special someone who has specific likes - congratulations on the happy-happy finish!
