Default Christmas gifts for Grandson and Great Granddaughter

Hi, I'm finally going to post two pictures of the jeans quilt I made for Christmas for my Grandson and a Braid quilt I made for my Great Granddaughter. They were fun to make but the jeans quilt got really heavy. I didn't intend to put a batting in but didn't like the feel of the seams so added a very light poly batting. I also used my serger for part of the jeans quilt which gave a nice finish to the seams. The tan flannel is the backing which I bought from Connecting Threads. Hope the pictures come out ok, this is my first time posting pictures.

Very nice and the red sashing on the denim quilt is a great addition.

very nice. I like the red accent on the blue denim one. That is a nice touch.

Awesome stitching for your grandchildren. Both will be much loved. Beautiful quilting on the blue braid. Denim may be heavy but it traps the body heat, perfect for winter temps. I love mine as a topper on flannel sheets.
