HI everybody....been busy in "Santa's" workshop and finally managed to work out one of those little ornaments we were talking about a while a back. I posted a link on the Oct. Charm Swap but it originated with tlrnhi.

It turned out pretty cute and I think I've finally figured it out so plan to whip up a few this week.

Thanks so much for your lovely compliments. Gcathie, I don't think it's hard as much as time consuming for the first one.
I didn't do it exactly as the directions stated because the center is supposed to be folded, too but I wanted the image to show and thatls A LOT of folding LOL.
Terri, I hear you...but have to tell you that the fingers were numb half way through and I thought might as well see if I can finish this bad boy.
The back star didn't turn out as nice because it's so hard to find the center compared to the front. I think I'll add some extra pins to help me keep things together on the next one.
I thought I'd really be bothered by sore fingers day 2 but I'm up and ready to go at it again....maybe you could use your thimble if it really bothers you.
