I have had a few inquiries about the panel. I bought it here in Sydney and have just put in a "google search" on christmas mice quilt panel and it bought up susan wheeler christmas quilt panel.

Bunny Panel
The panel is by Susan Wheeler {2013} under license by David Textiles. Sold for noncommercial home use only.
I bought the panel too. They also have fabric that goes with it for a backing. I have a dwarf Netherlands rabbit and love bunny items. I just got a summertime bunny panel also. It depicts bunnies sun bathing on a dock, swimming, boating and fishing in soft colors. It is also by Susan Wheeler [2012} licensed by David Textiles. There is no name that I can find on either panel other than what I described above.
I can't remember where I got them, but probably at eQuilter.com.
