    Default Christmas quilt in progress (I'm not gonna make the deadline)

    I'm working on my second quilt, and I decided to make my own pattern. (Yeah, I'm foolish like that.) It's December 22 now, so I'll just have to be satisfied with finishing before NEXT Christmas. I like it so far, but I didn't mean to cut off the corners of the squares. Obviously, I have a lot to learn. Still, I like the way it looks.

    I like the effect of the corners being cut. It reminds me of old fashioned photos. Very nice!
