    Very nice. I have never done a pattern like that.....and to think you did that on your own without one! wowza! Nice job. And yes, you can see the texture in the details ....very nice job

    Very pretty, looks like you've got a head start on the season. ( I've been thinking of Christmas quilts for the past month - would love to get something done early).
