    Default Christmas Tree Skirt

Here is my latest finished project. It is a Birthday present for my BF and neighbour who requested it as her gift this year. She has always wanted one but didn't like the bought ones. I was tasked to make it for both adults and for her new Grand daughter Orla, (3mnths old) to enjoy. I think I met the remit by her reaction today when I gave it to her. The patterns are Appliqued and have been selected from numerous books and magazines.
I made continuous prairie points too. First time for me, and a big learning process. I am pleased with the result, it was much better than making them individually, but still a challenge.
    Thanks for looking.

I love your tree skirt and the different appliqués you selected for it. It definitely is great for the whole family. If I were her I would have probably taken out my tree right away so I can use it. Great job. Nothing like giving and receiving a gift that is handmade.

Terrific! I like all the different appliques & the shiny fabric used for the angel.
