That is darling. How different they look in different colors. My daughter did mine years ago all in one color.

    Star and bows for mine

Good idea. I had an angel lapel pin saved but gave it to my grandchild to be his "guardian" angel. I had forgotten that and should be able to find another or a charm or something. Thanks for the reminder.

Irish Rose, I love yours! Great ideas to make different ones for different people.

Thrift stores usually have a collection of costume jewelry...perhaps you could find a brooch or two?

I saw a picture somewhere (maybe on the board) of a similar tree and she was using some colored jems or rinestones on it. They made it look like lights on the tree. She was also using some appliques of glass balls cut out of a fabric that was printed all over with christmas ornaments.

Many years ago my mom made tree stockings for all of us and used different shaped large sequins for the ornaments. Not sure if they still sell such things.

I have sequins of different sizes and I have beads and hot fix crystals. I also have some Christmas fabric with ornaments on it. All good ideas. Thanks.

I hope to have time to do more trees so all these ideas will make each one different. Appreciate the suggestions!!

Done as much as we can. Canvassed all the stores in this area and every where angels were sold out. Found lots online but too much shipping for one small item. Kids had fun adding things. Picture does not show the bows or hot fix crystals very well.
