    Yes. I think they actually have two that are smaller than the 5" one. I doubt I'll use any smaller than the 5-inch tool.

    I used the 5x5 charms. After cutting with the tool, I used the scraps to make part of the border.

    I've seen that one too, but I won't be buying it! You'd have to love to do miniatures to use that one.
