Christmas UFO
I usually don't buy kits because they sit.... this one for 2 years. A friend convinced me I needed this wreath kit (my door wreath is 35 yr old. ) so I finally I tackled it the other day.
Prairie points and wedges... What could be easier?
But it was quick. I don't think I can hang it outside on my door here in Guelph, Ontario. I thought of Scotch guarding it, but it's very light and I figure the wind will snatch it. So it's on the inside of my front door, with my 35 year old wreath still on the outside..

What an interesting wreath. If I had seen it, I might have been tempted too to buy the kit. Details too requesting, please.
Found the pattern but it is overseas from the USA. Here is a blog about making this wreath:

Don't know why giving details isn't automatic.?!
This was a kit from Happy Hollow Design. It's intended to be a double sided wreath. It's main weakness is it's glued to cardboard, all included in the kit. (Black fuzzy trim and red buttons too.) I bought it 2 years ago so I don't know if its still available.

Why not use a rounded styrofoam wreath base; pin prairie points to it as shown; insert sprigs of boxwood/holly around the outside; and use small pinecones/sycamore balls in the inside of the ring. Might be tempted to try this!
