I used Pellon 911FF, it's an apparel fusible because it is what I had. I am sure any light weight fusible will work. It worked well with this pattern because I had to trace the paper piece pattern not run it thru a copy machine, the patterns were larger than 8 1/2 x 11.

ETA: The fabrics are truly beautiful. Is there any particular line you bought or is it a hodge podge of fabrics?
Also what skill level would you put this pattern at? I'm still newish but I would love to make this quilt.
