Default civil war quilts just back from quilter

Both quilts are made in the same pattern, just different material placements. Saw a tute by Jenny on Miss. star and started cutting up some fat quarters. 49 blocks in each quilt, each block has 3 diff. colors. Both drape so nice over our full size bed! Love them, DH has claimed both as his as he thinks all my big quilts are HIS!

Both are beautiful quilts. I just love civil war fabrics in quilts. You did a wonderful job. Do you mind sharing what kind of batting you used so the quilt would drape so nicely? Thx for sharing the pics. I think the churn dash is my favorite.

Love both quilts. I can see why the DH claimed them for his own.
