You did a magnificent job. Your patchwork and machine quilting is perfect.

Wow, how beautiful. I also am doing this BOM but it will take me forever to finish. My daughter and grandson are living with us and my sewing room is now their bedroom. I am not sure how long I will be sewingroomless, but this BOM will have to wait until I have more space to sew.

What a gorgeous quilt. You should be so proud of it. I saw this quilt on the spray basting thread and it inspired me to try spray basting. I did two table runners and am so pleased with the results. Thanks for sharing this.

That is absolutely beautiful work! I tried spray basting one time and am completely hooked! I have a large basement with a concrete floor where I laid out my queen/king quilt. I taped the backing to the floor with masking tape and then basted one layer at a time till it was done. Then sat and pinned. I will not use another basting method now. Too easy! Happy stitching :)

\i'm awestruck at your quilt. i am a fairly new quilter if your count the actual number of quilts i have completed, but i have several projects "in the works". i will surely try spray basting as it will help with my back issues.

That is absolutely a piece of art - gorgeous!

I am happy to know that a quilt that size can be quilted on a domestic machine.
