Clearance table at Walmart....

They were all $2.44 a yard.
Right after Christmas I bought out all of the Christmas fabric they had left in stock for 63 cents a yard. I have a whole basket of fabrics, and I use some of them to make drawstring bags that I use in place of Christmas wrapping paper. It is a great source of recycling and reduce the amount of paper going into our landfills. You can either ask the gift recipient to reuse them or return them to you to reuse.
Does anyone else do this?

i wish our brand-new walmarts carried fabrics. they have a teeny weeny sewing department with three needles and one spool of thread and a baby scissor and call that their sewing center! LOL!
if i had seen that swirly stuff, there would be none left. of course, my dh would have left, too. LOL.
