Welcome back! You are a wonderful friend to do this your friend that can't sew anymore! I'd like a friend like you! That will be a lovely quilt full of love when you are finished. I'm sure she will love it. You method sounds easy but I am very visual and I would need step by step, however. Is the pp block for the geese is on the quilter's cache?

What great fabrics....this is going to be a beautiful quilt.
And i agree with you Rosy....i could never get the accuracy with regular piecing that i can get with PP'ing.....and the time i spend ripping paper is more than made up by the speed with which i can sew the pattern. (and if i'm lucky, sometimes i can get a helper when it comes to tearing off the paper)
I'll be looking forward to seeing the finished project....your friend will be so thrilled, i'm sure.

Oh Lord, I have finished the blocks, sewed them together, quilt top done, not!!! I realize that 1/4 blocks go around the quilt hahahaha....I need another divisions. I made one side and attached it already. They don't really take that long, just a whole day lol.

While reading the board, I found an inspiration tho. Log cabin blocks, all floral on one side and something else on the other side...but not doing that right now, need something else lol.....
