Thank you ladies. I will try to do another section today and blog it from the start of the section to continue with the how and why lol.

I can imagine designing a quilt like this but having to write the instruction is something else. She did a good job on it tho.

Your pattern looks like our heavens at night with all the stars and constellations. My goodness how on earth do you ever get started on something like this.
I for one cannot wait to see the finished project. A master piece. Are you keeping it or giving it away. Ha!~ MNM

Oh, I'm so glad you said that because that's why I used that background fabric. I wanted it to look like sky. I keep all my quilts, I am greedy that way lol. I do make some special quilts for my special people tho.

Well here is section E. I finished that yesterday and if you go to my blog you will see the break down of it in two posts.

Here is the wrong side of the quilt, the way it goes on the map in order to help me with the design and here is the right side. Circle D is still not sewed on yet. You have to go according to the instruction just the way she says it or you will be sorry lol.

When it is totally done, I hope by the end of this week. I will quilt it and take a pic in the sunlight and you will see all those tiny dots in the sky.

Ok, I got one more block and a large area done. I want to be finished by Aug 1st so I can join the FW.

I also blogged it if anyone would care to see the work up.

Here is a right side pic and a wrong side, the way it fits on the map.

I did a little ripping on the bottom left as I didn't like how it hung. I will fix that later.

Finally I got to sew in block D permanently.

Top right and down is the H section and to the left is the small purple block. This would be on the wrong side on the map. I only have one small area and one large one left....
