Where did you get the pattern and what is it's name....I'd love to make one of these!

Well that does not look like it will match anything in your house, so once you finish it up, why don’t you just send it my way, I will be sure to find a special place for it. :-D :-D

Seriously though, wow, that is an amazing quilt!!! I think I will put one of her patterns on my bucket list too. I am working on a Dear Jane quilt now, so I know I will be pretty comfortable trying all kinds of things after that!!! Thanks for sharing your pictures and stuff, I cannot wait to see more!

    Cheers!

Oh wow. That's going to be amazing. I can't even imagine doing one, though.

Hahahaha, I agree with you totally. That is what I thought when I laid that map out lol.....but I love a challenge and it is not as bad as it looks. If you do one block at a time and do exactly as written, you can do it....
I bought the pattern in Paducha at Hancock's. I am sure you can get it on line there too....it was 48 or 50 dollars. It's called the colorful quilt by Jacqeline De Jone. I have already made a mistake on the block lol. I can see now that the last blue strip is supposed to be the border fabric. I am ripping it now hahahahah...
I have a few of her patterns - they are quite difficult to understand. I have found some mistakes in my patterns (I think Be Colorful is one of them) so just a "heads up" to you! Beautiful work - what is your blog address??? Sorry if you've posted it before - I looked but couldn't find it.
