    Yes I made this one too. love the technique. My DGD has the pattern now .She says she wants to do one. She did a block on mine and her DBF colored one. Sad to say the quilt went to a burned out family and I felt the girl of that family needed the love in that quilt wrapped around her. Am thinking about making another one. Jo

    I've done crayon coloring for blocks, but haven't done embroidery on them. Yours are beautiful. I'll have to try this method. Thanks.

    It looks gorgeous. I love using my crayons on blocks. People are amazed when they find out it is crayon

    Yes, I did wash the fabric, it's just muslin altho you could use any fabric, and I did two layers so that the embroidery would not show thru the front. I did use plain old crayola crayons.
