    This is a small wall hanging I made to donate to a benefit being held this weekend for fire victims. The title of the flyer advertising the need for donations was Color of Fire so I chose that for the name of my wall hanging as well.

    The colors are gorgeous and the pattern reminds me of fire. It is so kind of you to do this.

    This was made from a Walmart batik jelly roll. The green looks like the pine trees, the orange the flame, the blues the water/sky. The darkest blue next to the flame reminds of the devastation of the burning with the sparks flying. I did SID between each set of colors. It seemed like to much space on the orange so I sorta meandered a flame shape through the middle of that section. Pretty pleased with how it turned out.
