that is just great..i may uste the idea for my grandchildren for christmas....all 5 need new ones.....and i love the black shashing...really pops the colors....great job.....

I love it! It makes ME happy too! I really like the cornerstones...they do make your eyes kinda go buggy...adding to the happy/dizzy effect! Awesome quilt!

As my father used to say - if you can't see it from the boardwalk - it doesn't count. This is beautiful! And to have that many scraps on only your third quilt? I can't wait to see what you accumulate in the next 10 years. Fabulous!

CWESSEL- I will admit to begging my sewing friends for their scraps, but I also came into a huge stash on CL that I ended up finaggling it until I got it for free (buying- choosing- reselling, etc) got my whole stash for free! So, I could actually make scrappies til I die. haha! But, my next one is going to be a gift for a niece's wedding. I bought everything for it. Got tired of using scraps. Probably my next one after that
will be another scrappy, though.
