    This is a backpack of my own design. The girl it is for picked out the fabric and I made it for her Grandmother to give her as a graduation present. This was a challenging project but I'm pleased with the outcome

    Great job, love the colors! That is one thing that scares me, backpacks look too hard to me!

    Thanks for the complements. Backpacks really aren't that hard, just lots of pieces and bulky.
    The avatar picture is one of 12 that I made for my mom. It goes on a base fabric and she changes the picture each month. I'll look up the name of the pattern tomorrow.
