What a great way to use scraps!! I love them both! Those borders really set it off too.

I finished up the red one and am currently working on the blue one. I love how they are turning out. I am so trying to use up scraps which seem to just multiply. These really aren't making a dent in the scrap bags. OK...well, a small dent.

Anyone, once again, in case anyone wants the pattern, it is an "easy" one but takes a while due to the number of pieces and is located at http://www.quilterscache.com/S/SunnyLanesBlock.html.

    Enjoy.
Very beautiful quilts, people around here don't use much yellow in their quilts but yours is just fabulous keep up the good and beautiful work.

Bless you. I have copied this pattern too. Do you think the diagonals could be done in strips?

Your quilts are just lovely and I can hardly wait to see your blue one! You are a prolific scrap user and making three quilts with the same pattern, Wow!

Be sure and send your pictures to Quilter's Cache she will love posting these beautiful examples in the album for this pattern. She has only has one block posted so far, no completed quilts and yours will make a stunning inspiration to other quilters to use this pattern!

I sent the original yellow one to her but heard nothing back. I thought maybe I didn't send it to the right place or that they really didn't want samples. I'll try again. I thought I'd get an acknowledgement of the picture, but I didn't. But that was before I added the border anyway. It is prettier now.
