You used a lot of pieces! Great job. You are lucky to have only 2 in the TBQ pile. I have twelve. And have 3 more in the works. I got to stop making and start quilting, LOL

Beautiful quilt pattern. What would have gotten me more than the hundreds of HST would have been pressing the seams open as you did. I would have pulled my hair out at that.

90 x 90 Art Gallery Fabrics Conservatory, thanks for looking!

hello tall chick, I saw your post and thought I had to make this quilt. I have one section done. I will be interested in seeing a border on it if you decide to do that. Right now I think a border would detract from the overall design. Ellen

Beautiful colors! I’m looking forward to seeing yours finished. I don’t think I will be doing a border for mine, I like it as is. I have an all Batik color way picked out for a second one. Do post when you are done.

I am looking forward to seeing your next finish with the batiks. All of the fabrics used in mine are are batik, except for the darkest/main fabric (with the oranges and turquoise colors). I am a “batik girl”. :-)

    oops….the background is grunge.
